A Keris Sundang has a wider blade compared to a normal keris.
And, the blade is of thicker metal.


When attacking an enemy, a normal keris is lunged forwards whereas a keris sundang is swung at the opponent.

A normal keris is tucked into the belt or the waistline sarong (samping).
But a keris sundang is carried behind, on the back of the person or just held in hand.
